General Characteristics: Vinyl clothing is typically smooth, delicate, and non-breathable. The material is generally not very stretchy. Vinyl is available in a smaller range of colors compared to PVC, but you can now find it in not just basic black but also red, purple, pink, silver, and occasionally yellow. The colors are always opaque and have a glossy finish. Vinyl clothing requires careful handling. If worn too tightly, there is a risk of seams loosening or the material cracking.
Cleaning: Wash vinyl clothing in lukewarm water with a small amount of cleaning detergent. Gently knead the garment and rinse thoroughly.
Drying: Hang the clothing on a hanger and allow it to drip dry. After it has dried, wipe it down with a soft cloth or a terry towel.
Storage: Avoid folding vinyl clothing unless absolutely necessary, as this can cause the material to crack over time.
Color Care: Keep different colors of vinyl separate from each other to prevent color transfer.
Cosmetic Products: Be cautious with cosmetics, as they can leave permanent stains on vinyl.
By following these guidelines, you can maintain the quality and appearance of your vinyl clothing for longer.
